Here you can view hotel options and availability.

If you have not yet created an account for either of the ‘Conference Portals’, please click on the 'Create a new user account' tab and follow the prompts.

Terms & Conditions

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged immediately.
• Each hotel has its own terms and conditions. It is essential that you read these thoroughly in the hotel description during the booking process to ensure that you are fully aware of all charges relating to deposits, amendments, cancellations and no shows.
• Payment for accommodation will be charged by your selected hotel as outlined in the terms and conditions, and not by APodA or InHouse Event Solutions.
• If another party will be covering the cost of your accommodation booking please contact InHouse Event solutions to request an invoice and/or credit card authority form.
