APodA Terms and Conditions - Covid-19 Vaccinations:

For your safety and that of our community, all APodA staff are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  It is also a requirement that all presenters, exhibitors and registrants are fully vaccinated with a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine in order to attend a face to face event. Proof of required vaccination or medical exemption, will be required when checking in to the event.

Accommodation Bookings made through this registration form does not require an immediate deposit. Full payment of accommodation will be taken 72hours prior to the day of your arrival at Mantra Lorne. You may change your mind and cancel your accommodation up to 30 days prior to the event that is Thursday 3 March. Cancellation within 30 days of the event may incur a fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate. Cancellation of registration due to COVID conditions The APodA and Mantra Lorne will offer a full refund of your accommodation booking if the reason for cancellation is due to COVID related government-imposed border closures, lockdowns and quarantining requirements that are in place at the time of the cancellation, or if you test positive for COVID.
