This session will discuss how ageing can affect therapeutic use of medicines, medicines that should be used with caution or dose adjusted in the elderly, recognising and assessing drug interactions, and how medicines can influence other aspects of health, such as falls risk and wound healing. The session will conclude with tips for working collaboratively with pharmacists to support medication-related patient care.
