Mr Nikolaos Nikolopoulos 


Having graduated with Honours in Podiatry from La Trobe University in 1997, Nikolaos has worked clinically in most areas of Podiatry.  Admitted to legal practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, Nikolaos holds a Master of Laws, Master of Business Systems and Postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Monash University. For over two decades, he has worked in a variety of multidisciplinary and multifaceted environments, ranging from healthcare, business, management and academia.

Nikolaos has niche skills in cyber law, health law, criminology, ethics and policy. He has experience in teaching, curriculum development, policy work, quantitative and qualitative analysis in areas including:

  • Geo-politics, cyber law and public policy.
  • Public policy, cyber law and its interface with criminal law.
  • International trade law, transnational agreements and cyber space.
  • Technology, behaviour and criminal law. 
  • Thematic analysis.
  • Cyber threats, static and dynamic law enforcement responses. 
  • Legal ethics, legal practice and conduct.
  • Artificial intelligence and Ethics
  • Health care, health information, privacy and technology.
