Early Bird Competition Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to those who register to attend the Australian Podiatry Conference 26-28 June 2025, Gold Coast between the early bird period of 7 November and 13 December 2024.
- Entries will be deemed valid when the entrant has registered and paid in full for their conference delegate ticket for the full three days (entrants don’t need to be an APodA member).
- All the entries will be collected through the registration process offered by the Australian Podiatry Association (APodA).
- The eligible entrant needs to tick YES to the box that asks them if they would like to enter the competition, giving explicit consent to enter the competition.
- The prize will be three nights’ accommodation at the Dorsett Gold Coast at 5 The Darling Ave, Broadbeach QLD 4218 in a Stand King Room. Check in will be on Wednesday 25 June and checkout will be Saturday 28 June 2025.
- The prize is not transferable for cash and is not eligible for an upgrade.
- The prize is not transferable to another person.
- If the winner does not use the prize, it will not be refunded or reimbursed in any way.
- APodA is not responsible for the experience of the winner at the Dorsett Gold Coast, or guest relations in anyway.
- The winner will be chosen by APodA randomly.
- The decision of the winner will be final and APodA will not enter any discussion or redraw.
- The winner of the prize will be announced via marketing channels.
- The winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements, including flight bookings and airport transfers.
- Parking is not included but can be acquired directly from the hotel at a rate of $20 per day.
