The APodA reserves the right to change information. The APodA cannot accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of those airlines, hoteliers or other persons providing services to the event.

Privacy policy
By registering for this event we have collected personal information from you that will be retained by us. This information is being collected by us for the purpose of processing your registration for this event and ensuring your needs are met by our suppliers for this event. The information will not be disclosed to for other purposes. You may read the APodA privacy policy here https://www.podiatry.org.au/about/privacy

Registration Cancellation policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the event after submitting and paying for registration are welcome to nominate a substitute at any time, please send an email to events@podiatry.org.au. Refunds are available in full less a $120 processing fee until 21st, April 2025.  Between April 22nd, 2025, and May 24th, 2025 cancelations will incur a 50% cancelation fee.  From May 25th, 2025 no refunds will be issued except at the discretion of the event organisers. As noted, substitutions will be accepted.

Intention to photograph/record
The APodA reserves the right to use photographs and video footage, taken at any stage throughout the event, for the purposes of advertising and promoting APodA and its events. If you do not wish to comply with this policy, you must notify the APodA Events Team prior to the event.

CPD hours
You will receive a certificate of attendance for attending the Australian Podiatry Conference 2025. This certificate is a good document to show evidence of the CPD activity, but it is your responsibility to keep a log of CPD activities that records the following details about this CPD activity including: 

  • Date it was completed 
  • Description of the activity 
  • Category
  • The number of CPD hours claimed, and goal achieved. 


Accommodation Bookings

  • InHouse Event Solutions has been appointed as the official accommodation booking agent for the Australian Podiatry Conference 2025 Payment for accommodation is separate to the conference payment. Please contact InHouse Event Solutions if you have any accommodation payment queries.
