As the founder and executive director of The Foot Stop Podiatry Services, Mary-Ellen’s leadership was recognised in 2018 when she was honoured as the QLD Telstra Emerging Leader Businesswoman of the Year. She actively mentors emerging business talents and serves as an awards judge and conference facilitator across healthcare and technology sectors, leading discussions on innovation and technology. Mary-Ellen has recently been appointed a director of The Australian Podiatry Association board after serving many years supporting committees to influence and grow the podiatry profession. Mary-Ellen is a member of the Australia-New Zealand Leadership Forum's Emerging Leaders Group and a Non Executive Director of Aged and Disability organisations. Her dedication to progress and equity in healthcare is reflected in her active involvement across various sectors, and she is known for her professional accomplishments and passion for making a lasting impact on people's lives.
