Biography

Dr David Miller

Foot and Ankle surgeon

Dr David Miller is a Queensland trained Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in foot and ankle surgery. He has completed two years of subspecialty foot and ankle fellowship training in the United Kingdom. 

David has a strong focus and passion for research and teaching. He currently holds an academic title at the University of Queensland. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at both a national and international level as well as being an invited speaker at the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy in Glasgow 2018. David has also authored two textbook chapters on foot and ankle surgery which are currently under publication. 

David is an International Reviewer for The American Journal of Sports Medicine, The Bone and Joint Journal (UK) and The Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery. 

Dr Miller consults and operates privately at Greenslopes Private Hospital also operating at St Andrew’s War Memorial Hospital. He also has a public appointment at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital in general orthopaedics and trauma surgery.
