Step into the world of podiatry and connect with podiatrists

Join us at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre from Thursday 26th – Saturday 28th June 2025 for the Australian Podiatry Conference as a podiatry student volunteer!

What's involved?

Your primary responsibility is to support the APodA team in delivering a seamless experience for attendees and presenters. This includes:

Wearing the official volunteer uniform (hi-vis vest) and representing APodA professionally.
Being punctual, polite, and ready to assist.
Helping attendees feel welcome while making the most of your own conference experience.

Before the Conference

We’ll provide you with briefing notes to keep you updated on the program, speakers, and social events. As a volunteer, we’d love for you to:

Spread the word and encourage your peers to attend.
Familiarise yourself with the conference app so you can assist attendees in using it.

At the Conference

Your role may involve:
Directing attendees to sessions
Supervising workshops
Assisting presenters as needed
Helping with microphones during Q&A sessions
Running small errands for organisers
Assisting at the registration desk.
