Our presentation is looking at the initial recruitment, induction and mentoring lifecycle over the initial 100 days of employment. We will be discussing our systems for identifying and attracting team members (recruitment), how to align them to our practice ideology and goals (induction), developing their clinical and interpersonal skills (mentoring) and the development of career pathways. Participants should come away with a clear understanding of the key timeline events over this first 100 day period and how to structure their own systems using the tools discussed in our presentation.
