Paediatric People
Founder and Director, Paediatrician FRACP, MBBS (Hons), BA (Asian Studies)
Using a focus on children presenting with issues in gait and lower limbs, Victoria will discuss how a paediatrician approaches a child from assessment through to tailoring an individualised management plan for the child and family. She will discuss a practical approach to assessing development, review key physical and developmental findings, and explain her approach to supporting the child to achieve their best developmental outcomes.
Victoria is an experienced Paediatrician who has worked extensively in the Australian public and private healthcare systems. In addition to being a Principal at Paediatric People, she is one of the founding Paediatricians at the Child Health and Wellbeing Local at Monash Health.
Victoria loves helping children and young people to achieve their optimal health, happiness and well-being. She believes that, with the right support, every child can reach their full potential.
Victoria takes a strength-based, holistic approach to child health, grounded in science and evidence. She is skilled in caring for babies, children and young people, supporting their development as well as physical and mental health. She has a special interest in ADHD.
Victoria is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and graduated with honours (MBBS (Hons)) from the University of Sydney. She qualified as a Paediatrician while working at Monash Children’s Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
Victoria lives with her husband, two children and mini-groodle in the south-east. She loves books, good food and roller-blading, and is fluent in Japanese.
