Many people adopt a running routine when motivation is at its highest. Yet, many struggle to maintain this level of motivation to run on a regular basis, limiting the positive health outcomes available. Exploring the psychological underpinnings of motivation, and understanding how to implement behaviour change strategies, is key in promoting successful running participation.
What excites you about this presentation?
