Biography

Ryan’s 15+ years of experience in accounting and finance have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and skills, including being a CPA qualified Accountant, Financial Adviser (DipFP), SMSF Specialist, and Direct Equity Specialist. Ryan is not your average accountant or business advisor; he is a visionary and a transformational thought leader. His strategic approach has significantly improved the wealth of numerous businesses and their owners, transforming them into multi-million-dollar entities.

Ryan loves helping people, and his charismatic and person-focused approach makes him highly sought after as a coach and advisor. He approaches business challenges by breaking barriers down, asking the right questions, and identifying simple strategies that can be easily implemented. He has consulted large-scale businesses throughout Australia and has been classified as a leading strategic coach and consultant. His most significant passion area is property. After nailing some personal property investments and property developments as well as coaching investors and builders through the process, mainly guiding the financial and feasibility elements, he realised that there was an enormous opportunity for individuals to transform into wealthy investors and developers…and this is how Ryan has become a sought after strategic financial adviser in multiple industries. 

Since then, Ryan and his team have continued to transform more and more clients into investors and property developers, and they now work with some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious clients. Keynote Session | Both Your Feet Forward: Elevating Podiatry Profits and Personal Wealth.

Podiatry business modelling optimisation for succession – attendees will gain an education but primarily insight into how they should mindfully set their business up to be high-performing machines over time. A business that makes maximum profit by challenging conventional benchmarking and having them run a business model that profits. We will spend time future-proofing their models so that they aren’t just making profits but also creating businesses and not jobs, whereby they won’t spend their careers necessarily exchanging time for money. The result will be a business that becomes a saleable investment and attracts an advantageous investment return. 

The podiatrist’s profits to property process – In this segment, we will spend time with the attendees, focussing on how to gain more awareness and insight on how the performance of their business covered in segment one will substantially affect their wealth momentum and progression personally. We will again cover benchmarks and profit margins but also delve into servicing requirements with banks and financial institutions so that attendees understand numbers that need to be reached in their businesses to obtain finance and lending so that property acquisition can be leveraged, compounded, and the timeline towards personal financial freedom, substantially shortened. 

The podiatrist’s property performance matrix – The final segment will cover three elements to get right when accumulating wealth in property personally, in superannuation, and in other legal entities. We will focus on property return rates and how to maximise the rates of return on property, we will spend time covering leveraging equity, finance and gearing, to expedite the wealth creation mechanism, and finally cover how to strategically play the tax planning game, so that our personal wealth plan, and our business modelling is holistically integrated to maximise our overall outcome by saving as much money on taxes, legally. 

The above three segments and outcomes will be wrapped up into an integrated piece of IP that the attendees can take away, use and reference. These worksheets will be simple, insightful, and able to promote action and accountability so that results are achieved.


Why you are looking forward to presenting at the Business in Focus event in Terrigal?
I am excited to keynote the event as I have personally experienced the financial impact that undertaking the above model and strategies can make to many businesses but specifically, a podiatry business. This has been evident throughout my relationship with Emily and Trent therefore has real proof and relatability built into the presentation.
